Our Staff

Little children come to me for hugs and books and such I care for all their simple needs and I also fix them lunch. I pick up toys; I mop their spills and often dry their tears. I change their diapers, settle fights, and kiss away their tears I tie their shoes; I button coats and push them on the swing. I really love these kids, you see, but there is just one thing Call me Mom or Aunt or Anne, and those names just might fit. But please don't call me SITTER, because I never get to SIT!

Our staff comprises compassionate teachers and support staff, who are very passionate about their work and extremely skilled in their arena of teaching. The means adopted by the faculty at The Small Wonder School is creative and contemporary in order to help students grow holistically and manifold.

Mrs. Paramita Joshi
Alumnus of Mother's International School, Auroville, Pondicherry A senior, experienced faculty, with The Small Wonder School since its inception. Formally trained in Indian Classical Dance - Bharat Natyam, exceptional painter and great musician who speaks over 5 languages namely - Hindi, Bengali, English, Tamil and French. She is a warm, caring and multi faceted individual, devoted passionately to bringing up learned and responsible students.

Mrs. Renu Mittal
A compassionate teacher who is always smiling and has an infectious aura of happiness. She is very experienced, resilient and patient with her teaching skills. Her art and craft ability is incomparable and has been one of the core and founding faculty members.

Mrs. Sonia Kathuria
A well trained teacher who has laurels attached to her name such as Bachelors in Education (B. Ed.) and NTT (Nursery Teachers Training Program). It is needless to say that her experience in the field of education is at par with her qualifications and she is well versed with contemporary and real life training techniques that bring out the best in the students of Small Wonder School. She has a creative bent of mind and innovates while teaching.

Mrs. Asha Arora
A firm believer of 'no pain, no gain', she is an extremely hard=working and perseverant teacher. Qualification wise- a Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.). Her inclination towards drawing and painting has contributed loads to the school. She has three entire primary books to her credit. She is a person of incredible talent and remarkable dedication.

Mrs. Upma Prashar
She is another jewel in the crown, with hard work, perseverance and kindness being her best traits. She has been contributing to the school in more ways than one and has been instrumental in the growth of each individual student in her class. Everyone with an opportunity to interact with her grows fond of her from students, colleagues to parents.

Mrs. Shilpi Mittal
A kind and generous person who is very agile and is always on her toes. She is extremely resourceful and has a solution to every hurdle in the path. She is very practical minded and street smart, thus passing on these vital traits to the young talent at The Small Wonder School.
